First: Writers on Rights

The next Writers on Rights event will take place at 7.30 on Thursday 16th October at the Bar Convent, 17 Blossom Street, York (doors open at 7).
   
The Speaker is Rob Evans Guardian Journalist who has won awards both for his work on corruption scandals and for promoting freedom of information. He is the author with his colleague, Paul Lewis, of 'Undercover' about the infiltration by police officers of political groups which is once more in the news.



Then: Latin Night 
If you remember our last Latin Night two years ago you will want to come along again ... if you missed that this is a must. The Latin Night will be at La Tasca on Thursday 6th November. Get it in your diary now! 

Details of tickets together with a poster for Writers on Rights will be posted here in the week beginning 15th September. Details of the Latin Night will appear later in September.
